Rebecca Lenaerts (performance)
Artist Rebecca Lenaerts is attracted by the crossover between theatre and other artistic disciplines. Inspired by the practice and philosophy of Japanese Butoh Dance, she creates work in which she explores her physical presence and vulnerability in a performative space. She focusses on the (lost) connection between body and nature.
Pommelien van Hees (dance)
After studying in Belgium and the Netherlands, Pommelien van Hees joined the Rotterdam dance company Conny Janssen Danst. Van Hees is now a freelance dancer. She describes her performance Maquillage as follows: "It waddles through a body like a duck, absorbing fuel, adapting to what it sees."
Sesa (slam poetry)
Sefora Sam – better known as “Sesa” – is a spoken word poet and performer from Antwerp. Her performance promises to be an immersive experience resembling that of sound healing. With her melodic voice and accompanying musicians or band, she creates a captivating atmosphere as a backdrop for her vulnerable and introspective poetry as a backdrop for her vulnerable and introspective poetry.
STACE (music)
The sensual sound of neo-soul singer STACE is as vulnerable as it is authentic. Her debut EP Green Onyx found the multitalent with Martinican roots performing more than 60 concert halls and festivals across Belgium. In late 2023, she launched her new EP, on which she searches for the connection between extreme emotions.
Ramos (DJ set)
Close the evening dancing to the rhythmic sounds of Ramos Sama. While dance might be the hyper-kinetic rascal's preferred medium to express himself, it is by no means his only creative outlet. The jack-of-all-trades also frequents the streets and stages of Antwerp as a DJ.
